Meet The Doctors:
Roxene S. Gascoigne, DDS
Dr. Gascoigne received her BS degree, Magna Cum Laude in Chemistry from Howard University in Washington D.C. She then pursued a career in dentistry also at Howard University, where she received her DDS degree. She was the recipient of several awards during her academic career. She was recognized for outstanding achievement in Operative Dentistry with the Dr. I. Langston Manley Award. She also received a Certificate of Merit from the American Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology.
After her general dental education, she then completed a one year General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL. She immediately engaged in a two-year residency, in the specialty of Endodontics at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. During her two-year residency, she conducted and presented an individual research project at the American Association of Endodontics Annual Symposium in Anaheim, CA. During her dental career, she has volunteered in several programs aimed at educating children in dental care in the Washington Metropolitan Area and during her endodontic career, she has traveled to Guatemala and Israel (D.V.I aka Dental Volunteers for Israel)) where she provided endodontic care to young children.
After her endodontic training, she then practiced for a few years with well respected and internationally known, Dr. Samuel O. Dorn in Plantation, FL. After living in Aventura, FL and working in the South Florida area for several years, Dr. Gascoigne moved to Long Island, NY where she took over the practice of Dr. Alan C. Feldman who practiced Endodontics in Roslyn Heights for over 33 years. Dr. Gascoigne renovated the office into a state-of-the-art facility, with brand new equipment and a completely digital office.
Dr. Gascoigne is also a member of several professional organizations which include: the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontists, the Jamaica Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, the Glen Cove Study Club and the Long Island Dental Study Club.
Dr. Gascoigne is a very compassionate and knowledgeable practitioner, who prides herself in delivering the best care in a warm and professional environment. She is also committed to being current with the latest in Endodontic research in order to provide top quality endodontic care to her patients.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nicholas and her two sons, Elijah and Nathan. She also loves photography and to travel.
Dr. Inagaki received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego. He then earned his DDS degree at the University of California, San Francisco where he first discovered his passion for endodontics. Dr. Inagaki subsequently completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program in Pittsburg, California, a General Practice Residency in Brooklyn, New York, and finally his Post-Graduate Endodontics program at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn. He was the recipient of several honors during his training, including Resident of the Year during his GPR and Chief Resident during his Endodontic program. He is an active member of the American Association of Endodontics, American Dental Association, and the Second District Dental Society. In his spare time, Dr. Inagaki enjoys anything involving sports and physical fitness, watching his nephew grow up, and pretending to be a chef.
